Saxon Homeschool Math - Internet resources

by Regina Hootsell
(Natchez, MS)

We do not use Saxon Math. However, the website for Saxon homeschool www.saxonhomeschool.com has a resources page. It is a good review of basic facts. We use it as a quick quiz to break up the workbook monotony. I find that things on the computer that give instant grading or feedback work well for my son. He likes the "good job", "Way to Go", "Excellent" comments.
The only con I have found is on the addition and subtraction, the problems are very small.

My comments: Thanks for the tip. I didn't know this resource was available. We find too that switching to an online math quiz once in a while helps to change things up for us.
