Considering God's Creation

by Deanna

This past year I began using Considering God's Creation for my younger childrens science. The curriculum is is designed for once a week for 1 1/2 hours, but I have broken it down into 2 or 3 times a week, using shorter time periods, having several younger children with shorter attention spans.

I like the notebooks that each of my four younger children are making. They are proud of the work they are doing, and I am amazed at what even the younger ones are learning! We just finished studying plants, and started studying animals. They are learning valuable tools of classification while working on their notebooks.

One other feature I like is the music CD that comes with it. My children love the songs, as they learn about the days of creation, clouds, the colors of the rainbow, etc.
